SWIM CIRCUIT WORKOUT 1 BREAKDOWN:
1) Jump rope or jog in place 1 min
2) Hand to elbow planks 30 seconds, static plank 30
3) DB Steers 1 min
4) Lat Pull Down 1 min
5) Row Machine ALL OUT 1 min
REST 1 – 2 min before next round (complete 3 – 6 rounds depending on fitness level) / 15-20 secs between each exercise
